{+Speedpaint} Washi Washi - Cahira OC [Backstory!]

 Background 
Cahira (Ahi) was adopted into the Royal Family to be a royal bodyguard for their daughter, Saki, at the age of 6. For years she was apart of the Royal Family but many held hostile feelings to her as she came from unknown origins, was made a warrior at such a young age, and was not chosen for her position but rather given it. However, 3-year-old Saki was always kind to Ahi, and thought of her as a sister. One day, rebels laid siege to the palace of the Washi Washi and burned the palace down, causing the country to go to war. Before 12-year-old Ahi escaped with 9-year-old Saki who was her number one priority, Saki's parents told Ahi, "Under no uncertain circumstances separate from Saki. Please protect her and stay safe". As she and Saki escaped, the palace went into flames. Eventually, Ahi and Saki were able to get far enough away from the castle to be safe. Saki cried herself to sleep as Ahi comforted her. As soon as Saki fell asleep, Ahi traveled a few ways back to the castle and watched it burn down, her life changed forever. Ahi let out her feelings and cried as she thought, "Everything I had - it's gone. All I have now is Saki. No matter what...No matter what I will protect Saki as you wished, Mom and Dad." The sparks flew up into the night marking the beginning, not the end, of Ahi and Saki's story.  

P.S. Sorry Hyanna-Natsu if this is overstepping my bounds of the Washi Washi universe - it's sort of a sad story.
